Please note that all Class A permits for Industrial/Machine piles are now cancelled. Due to wet weather conditions back yard burning for small hand piles is still permitted.

We are currently working on the website. Please note that effective immediately all Industrial/Machine Stacked Burn Piles Class A permits are cancelled. Class A permits will be available at the end of fire season in the fall of 2018.

Please be advised that we are currently working on updating the website. Back yard burning is still allowed but please only do so when the venting index is good. A permit is not required. Machine piles still require a permit.
